About EMDR Therapy Intensives

EMDR Intensives help you to move to full resolution more quickly, so that you can be more productive and engaged in your life. With the effectiveness of EMDR therapy, the Intensive approach allows you to dedicate days, rather than months, to focus on your healing and growth. With an individualized treatment plan, we zoom into your goals and intentions for healing. My job is to zoom out and help identify and navigate the path for your healing.

Who do you primarily help?

My focus is working with persons impacted by trauma, including abuse, pre-birth/early developmental trauma, relational & complex trauma, grief & loss, and single-incident traumatic experiences. I help clients who feel “stuck” or limited in their current functioning.

Why EMDR Intensives?

When I started offering EMDR intensives I noticed a dramatic difference in client’s capacity to process specific traumatic moments and improvement in their emotional wellbeing. The intensives are highly focused and concentrated so that less time is spent managing the traumatic material week to week. Instead, they provide targeted relief so that you can experience lasting change and freedom in your life.

What to expect in an EMDR Intensive

I have extensive training in treating complex trauma and dissociation, as well as specialized training in EMDR and the Early Developmental approach. In addition to Standard EMDR, I utilize ancillary techniques, such as parts work, somatic approaches, sand tray, and mindfulness strategies.
